  6. I don't get all the self-styled pundits first doing ICOs then bashing them. Most ICOs are crap, but the ICO mechanism is useful for bootstrapping new projects, raising funding, and generally deploying new tech. Why can't we have a reasonable non-extreme opinion?

  7. I think it's some social media platform that people use to make scam accounts impersonating crypto personalities to pump crappy ICOs. At least and are. Can someone go report them already? I would but it requires an FB account.....

  15. This *does not* explain the "education benefits individuals much more than countries" evidence, but even still it does explain some of the other evidence, suggesting that dominant sheepskin effect by itself does not imply low HC gain - only low *observable* HC gain.
